Description
English: Navy Seabee Petty Officer 3rd Class David Loyd uses a 3/8" cordless drill to pre-drill an anchor bolt hole at the Ansse La Blague medical clinic renovation project in Praslin, Seychelles, on Oct. 9, 2006. Loyd, a Navy builder, is assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 5, Air Detachment, Port Hueneme, Calif., deployed with Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa.
