Description
English: An F/A-18 Hornet (top) and an F-14 Tomcat conduct routine flight operations over the Sea of Japan on March 8, 2001. The two aircraft are operating from the flight deck of the aircraft carrier USS Kitty Hawk (CV 63). The Hornet is attached to Strike Fighter Squadron 27 and the Tomcat is attached to Fighter Squadron 154, both of Atsugi Naval Air Facility, Japan. (DoD photo by Petty Officer 3rd Class Alex C.
