Summary[edit]

Description

This photograph shows some of the specialist equipment used by our officers during their Public Order Training.

This photograph was taken in a specially converted aircraft hangar that has been set up so that police can conduct scenario based public order training.

This enables our officers to gain complete trust in their equipment and each other and ensures they are fully prepared in case of a major disorder.

This image forms part of the West Midlands Police 'Photo of the Day 2012' project.
