Description

"Trophy at His Feet: Marine Private First Class David E. Miller, 20 (Brawley, California) stands over the 300 pound boar he shot while on a patrol with a battalion of the 9th Marines. It took four Leathernecks to carry in the large animal that charged the patrol through thick jungle undergrowth near the Laotian border (official USMC photo by Staff Sergeant F. Lowe III)."
