English: Datchet: The Royal Stag The mid-19th century frontage of this public house conceals what is probably the oldest building in Datchet, an early 15th century hall house. The building belongs to the Barker Bridge House Trust which funds projects of benefit to the local community. The pub sign is, unusually, on the other side of the road, The Green, from the building.
