English: i find, like others, that as i become image oversaturated, my preferences are starting to blur, literally. i'm fading away from clarity and disticntion in favor of illusion and a lack of photo info
the new camera i got is perfect for this, mostly because i think the corporates, through the distribution and economic control over the functions, upgrades, levels, etc, are moving us toward a more blurry reality this camera, which has 10 megapixels and all the "same" features of the SD500 (7 megapixels) i was shooting with, definitely lacks the powerful clarity of the older model. it doesn't seem to catch pics without super fuzz attached. at first this was frustrating and a disadvantage. but now, rolling with it, it is like getting a hand-up/down from an outside source -- namely, canon is dictating more about my viewpoint than before anyone else feeling fuzzy? am i the only one experiencing this shift? my favorite part about this pic is the way the crow on the right is like the black smudge of a soul from some overwrought work of "literature" |
