Description

So i wanted to do some pictures, all work no play makes Jack a dull boy kinda syndrom. By the way, for all those who think that photography is more than being in the right spot at the right time, i found out a nice a cheap way to take your flashes out of the studio without havint to rent a battery power pack. To me, light is most of the picture and so when i was asked to shoot outdoors for an ad campaign, i immediately thought about the lighting, and the headache of using artificial light outside. I checked into the latest Honda <a href="http://www.hondapowerequipment.com/gensup.asp">generators</a> and took a chance with renting one of them. It was amazing, 30 euros, all the juice you need, quiet, light and unlimited supply. I took my Elinchroms FX400 out of the studio and all went perfectly! So there you go, don't rent expensive battery powered Ranger RX...one of the inverter based generators will give you the 220V you need.

Any way, back to this shot, for which i had nothing, no lights, no reflectors nuuuuthing at all, which is what i hate most, not controling the light...the shadows are all over the place, the color temps too, exposure is a nightmare but hey...did my best. Compare with these <a href="https://www.flickr.com/photos/2dogs_productions/tags/photoshoot90/">these</a> natural light + flashes shots...nada que ver!
