Description
English: Dal bhat tarkari is the staple food of every household. The meal simply comprises of rice but sometimes another grain, mildly-flavored lentil soup, a side of stir-fried vegetables or a vegetable curry. Condiments are usually small amounts of spicy pickle/sauce (achaar/chutney) which can be fresh or fermented.
