Summary[edit]

Description
English: DPA d:facto Vocal (original, first edition).

Microphone with a directional pick-up pattern (supercardioid), suitable for live use with sound reinforcement. The wind screen/pop filter makes it suitable for outdoor use, and close to a mouth when singing, as wind noise and plosives are minimized.

The capsule is detachable and interchangeable with an omnidirectional version.

First editions has the word "Vocal" in italic type. Second edition has "II" as a suffix instead.

The grille, wind screen/pop filters as well as the handle differs between editions, and they are not compatible.
