Description WASHINGTON – Senior leadership from the Department of Homeland Security commemorate the 50th Anniversary of the Vietnam War and to honor the service and sacrifice of our nation’s veterans in a ceremony held in Washington, D.C., Nov. 2, 2016. Under Secretary of DHS Gen. Francis Taylor, U.S. Air Force (ret.) delivered keynote remarks along with Acting Deputy Secretary Russ Deyo. Official DHS photo by Barry Bahler.
