Description
Deutsch: Inoffizielles, nicht amtliches Wappen verwendet in Vynen: „Geteilt durch einen schräglinken silbernen (weißen) Wellenbalken, oben in Rot ein schräglinks liegender schwarzer Anker und unten in Grün eine schwarze Kopfweide.“ Der Wellenbalken steht für den Rhein, der Anker für die Schifffahrt und die Kopfweide, als typischer Baum des Niederrheins, symbolisiert die Zugehörigkeit zum Kreis Wesel.
English: A Bend wavy sinister Argent, above gules an anchor sinister sable and below vert a pollarded willow sable. The arms show an anchor for the former importance of fishing in the village as well as a willow, a typical tree in the river area. The silver bend symbolises the Rhine river.
