Deutsch: Das Wappen enstammt einem Siegel aus dem 18. Jahrhundert. Der Brunen steht redend für den hinteren Teil des Ortsnamens. Die Farben Grün und Silber weisen auf die frühere Zugehörigkeit zum Herzogtum Sachsen-Coburg hin. English: The arms are granted on October 2, 1954. They are derived from a seal of the 18th century. The draw well is canting for the last part ("-brunn") of the name of the village. Argent and vert are the colours of Saxe-Coburg. |
