Deutsch: Die bayerischen Rauten versinnbildlichen das altbayerische Landgericht Erding, dessen Tradition vom 13. Jahrhundert bis in die Gegenwart des Landkreises Erding reicht. Wartenberg war vor Landshut und München ein Hauptsitz der Wittelsbacher. Das springende rote Pferd steht für die ehemals zur Grafschaft Haag gehören Gebiete des Landkreises Erding.
