Object history
Deutsch: Durch das Gnadenbild „Maria in der Weise“, das nach einer Sage auf wunderbare Weise gefunden wurde, ist das Dorf Ger-mershausen als Wallfahrtsort weit über die Grenzen des Landkreises be-kannt geworden. Die Gemeinde erkor dieses Standbild zum Wappen-symbol, um damit ihre große Liebe und Verehrung der Gottesmutter zum Ausdruck zu bringen.
