Digital Elevation Model (DEM) that illustrates the depth and relative location of fossilized human footprints as measured in cm.

Digital Elevation Models (DEMs) are used to represent topographic surfaces and may be created using different technology like Light Detection and Ranging (Lidar). This DEM demonstrates the varying depths of human footprints found at WHSA in a single aerial image, as opposed to a trench.
