The Honorable Walter B. Slocombe (gray shirt), Under Secretary of Defense (Policy), talks with a British Army soldier of C Co., 1st United Kingdom Mechanized Brigade, in Cukuvi, Bosnia-Herzegovina, while one of the Secretary's bodyguard and another Royal Army (British) soldier observe.
