English:
Big D as a square name plaque by András Nagy and István Faragó install 1973 on facade. Inscription on its four sides:~In the middle age here Szaent György tér (Saint George Square) was, named after the church that stand here. The remains of this church are under the square, Since 1849 used this square to military parades, ceremonial events so named as DÍSZ TÉR (~Ornament square). Two-storey, modernly built residential house, built around 1963-1968. Architects: Zoltán Farkasdy and Attila Kenessey. Entrances from Úri and Tárnok street too. Part of the Budapest World Heritage protected architectural ensembles - 8 Dísz Square = 1 Úri Street, Várnegyed neighborhood, District I of Budapest.

Kétemeletes, modern építésű lakóház, mely 1963-1968 körül épült. Tervezők: Farkasdy Zoltán és Kenessey Attila (wikipedia). Egykor barokk kori egyszerű lakóház állt itt melyet 1801-ben Marczibányi István császári és királyi titkos tanácsos tulajdonában volt amikor copf stílusban átalakították. Dísz tér-utcatábla (Felállítás 1973, Nagy András, Faragó István (tervező), gránit) Felirata a szegélyen: 'A középkorban Szent György tér volt, az itt emelkedett templomról kapta a nevét. A templom maradványai a tér alatt vannak. 1849-től a katonai parádék, díszfelvonások után DÍSZ TÉR./' Budapest műemléki jelentőségű területe az ún. Világörökség része. Műemléki azonosító: 217, törzsszám: 15001 - Budapest, Várkerület, Várnegyed városrész, Dísz tér 8. = Úri utca 1 = Tárnok utca 2
