Summary[edit]
DescriptionCwm Tinwen - geograph.org.uk - 1032421.jpg |
English: Cwm Tinwen. Located in the south face of Cwm Ystwyth 1031461 , Cwm Tynwen is a small hollow formed by two streams 1032458 originating on Esgair Elan 1031634. Due to the relatively big drop towards the Ystwyth, the streams have dug sizeable erosion channels into the plateau. Near the top of the escarpment (left), a scar can be seen which has developed from surface material sliding down the hillside.
