La Cueva Phong Nha (Phong Nha Cave) es una gruta situada en el parque nacional de Phong Nha-Ke Bang, en la provincia de Quang Binh, Vietnam. Tiene una longitud total de 7.729 metros, en los que se ubican unas catorce grutas. Por allí pasa un río subterráneo que tiene unos 13.969 metros de largo y aunque su serie de grutas tiene más de 44 metros de profundidad, los turistas solo pueden entrar un poco más de un kilómetro. Se agregó a la lista de sitios Patrimonio de la Humanidad en julio del 2003 por UNESCO. El pueblo Cham ha usado la cueva Phong Nha como un santuario budista en los siglos 9 y 10. |
