Description
Español: Diversidad dentro de una landrace: 7 plantas de Cucurbita maxima "zapallo plomo", sembradas el 22 de septiembre del 2013 en el partido de Rivadavia, provincia de Buenos Aires, Argentina, fotografiadas el 25 de noviembre del 2013.

Fueron sembradas 10 semillas, de las cuales germinaron 7. De las 7 que germinaron:

1 (la tercera desde la derecha, más plateada) era una planta "de tronco" o arbustiva que nuna dio flores, probablemente un híbrido con algún zapallito.

1 era un híbrido con Cucurbita maxima Zapallito group, era una planta de guía indiferenciable de las demás hasta cosechar el fruto (squash D, que era más crespo y de color más oscuro y verdoso que el resto, y de cáscara muy dura que no se podía pelar con cuchillo de cocina sin ayuda del microondas).

5 eran plantas de zapallo plomo del tipo de mercado, no crespas, acanaladas, de forma redonda a turbinada, y algunas de ellas con botón de menor o mayor tamaño (ver las fotos de los zapallos en el resto del set).
