Hungarian Revolution of 1956 kopjafa memorial Planned by writer, painter, educator Mrs. Jámbor Tünde Balog, honorary citizen of the city; the monument was executed by László Szügyi. Installed in 1996. Inscription: "In memory of the victims of communism 1944-1956"- Csanád vezér tér Square, Makó, Csongrád-Csanád County, Hungary.
