Description
Español: Estos son cristales de azúcar vistos en un microscopio “D-EL2 Ecoline” con un aumento de x4; el microscopio fue proporcionado por la Universidad Pedagógica Nacional, en Colombia, y las fotos tomadas en la clase de seminario de idioma extranjero, en el departamento de Física. La azúcar utilizada es azúcar blanca, compuesta de diferentes moléculas de glucosa y fructosa, la azúcar empleada se encuentra en la caña de azúcar. Visto desde el microscopio puede verse las redes cristalinas de la misma. Que al estar muy juntas estas pueden parecer unos fractales naturales.
English: These are sugar crystals seen in a “D-EL2 Ecoline” microscope at x4 magnification; The microscope was provided by the National Pedagogical University, in Colombia, and the photos taken in the foreign language seminar class, in the Physics department. The sugar used is white sugar, composed of different molecules of glucose and fructose, the sugar used is found in sugar cane. Seen from the microscope you can see its crystalline networks. When they are very close together, they can look like natural fractals.
