Obviously not the present Cowen Park Bridge, which can carry automobiles, but presumably in the same location.

MOHAI dates this "circa 1915", but they date File:Cowen Park bridge, Seattle, ca 1925 (MOHAI 1383).jpg, which appears to be the same bridge under construction, "circa 1925". Unless there were two distinct wooden trestle bridges over Cowen Park, at least one of these dates has to be pretty far off.
