English: Count Macchi di Cellere, Italian Ambassador to the United States, the Countess di Cellere, sponsor, and Mrs. William Jay of New York at the launching of the U. S. S. Piave at Kearny, N. J., named in honor of the Italian river along which the recent great victory over the Austrians was achieved by the Italians and their Allies.
