Description Maj. Gen. William T. Grisoli, Deputy Commanding General for Civil and Emergency Operations for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, and other senior leaders from the Corps’ headquarters and South Pacific Division toured ongoing construction of the Folsom Dam auxiliary spillway June 29, 2011 in Folsom, Calif.
