| Description |
English: Corner of a field, Recharr Finish of an orienteering event. The runners are leaving a mix of moorland and birchwood and sprinting across a cleared field normally grazed by cattle. The forest contains a very fine example of kettlehole terrain, a mix of small sand hills and depressions left where ice blocks melted. Such terrain is hard to navigate, making the forests around Loch Vaa an extremely good orienteering venue. |
