Italiano: Cordicella a 12 nodi, usata dai geometri egizi per costruire un angolo retto. La distanza tra due nodi è costante: tendendo la cordicella e formando un triangolo con lati 3-4-5, questo triangolo è rettangolo.
English: 12-nodes rope, used by Egyptian geometers to construct a right angle. The distance between two nodes is always the same: if the rope is stretched to form a 3-4-5 right triangle.
