La sierra de Ezkaurre es una montaña caliza que se encuentra a caballo entre el valle del Roncal (Navarra) y el valle de Ansó (Huesca). En la parte que asoma hacia el valle de Ansó forma un impresionante circo escavado por el río Veral. En su amplia cima, los montañeros han levantado menires con las numerosas rocas que la cubren, dando a ésta un aspecto de lugar sagrado.
