Summary[edit]

Description
English: Example of a Coomassie stained gel. A 10 % tris-tricine gel was prepared according to Schägger & Jagow (PMID 2449095) and loaded with a molecular marker (66 kDa, 45, 35, 24, 18, 9?) lane 1), and 1-5 µg of purified and TCA-precipitated, partly His6-tagged yeast proteins (Srp54p, Srp54p, heterodimeric RAC (Ssz1 + Zuotin), Ssb1). The gel was stained with Coomassie Brilliant Blue solution (containing methanol) and subsequently destained (staining solution without Coomassie).
Deutsch: Coomassie gefärbtes Gel. Für Einzelheiten siehe eins drüber und viel Spaß.
