Teto da Igreja da Venerável Ordem Terceira de São Francisco da Penitência, construída ao lado da igreja do Convento de Santo Antonio, localizado no Largo da Carioca, no alto do Morro de Santo Antônio. Inaugurada e consagrada em 17 de setembro de 1772. Estilo artístico barroco na cidade do Rio de Janeiro. O revestimento interno da Nave e da Capela-mor da Igreja foi todo entalhado em cedro da Bahia, pelos entalhadores Manoel de Brito e Fancisco Xavier de Brito, artistas portugueses. Todo trabalho de talha foi revestido com folhas de ouro de Lisboa, pelo artista dourador Caetano da Costa Coelho, que fez a belíssima pintura do teto da nave, considerada uma das mais espetaculares perspectivas barrocas do Brasil.
