Description
English: CAPTION SEVENTH STREET: Two great strands of net of parkways planned for metropolitan area are beginning to take form, namely, Hollywood and Santa Ana freeways. While program calls for Santa Ana Parkway to extend all way from Civic Center to Santa Ana -- 35 miles -- first link of it being developed is a 4.7-mile stretch from Civic Center to Downey Road. Above, construction looking north (toward City Hall) across Seventh St. bridge site.
