p.31 of the Canon TX1 manual states "When set to Continuous, some blurring may occur depending on thesubjects." This test shot at full 10x optical zoom and cropped proves it... be sure to view at full size and compare especially leaves over her shoulder.

I'm not sure why anyone would use continuous mode, other than that is the default <sigh!>.
