Summary[edit]

Description
English: South side of 2700 block of 13th Street in Columbus, Nebraska. The block is part of the Columbus Commercial Historic District, which is listed in the National Register of Historic Places. At the left edge of the picture is the northwest corner of the Phillips & Friedhof Building at 1268-1270 27th Ave, built in 1918. The center building is the former Swan Theatre at 2707 13th St; the Spanish Colonial Revival building was constructed in 1916. The building partly visible at the right of the photo is the former W. C. Butt's Drug Store at 2711 13th St, also built in 1916. All three buildings are contributing properties in the Historic District.
