The microbial growth does not indicate A-type betahemolytic Streptococci: there is growth around the bacitracin tablet (type A Streptococci are typically sensitive to bacitracin), and there is no clear areas in the red growth media showing hemolysis (degradation of blood) of type beta. The sample was originally taken from the oral cavity with a throat swab. The growth media was sweeped with the swab before the incubation to transfer the microbes attached to the swab in the throat to the cultivation media.
