English: A hoard of 47 Roman coppr-alloy coins dating from the period AD 163-250 that includes 27 sestertii and 20 sestertii, dupondii or aes. Four of the sesterti are fused in two sets of two. The emperors and empresses featured are: Lucius Verus (1); Lucilla (3), Marcus Aurelias (2), Faustina II (2), Lucilla or Faustina (2), Commodus (3), Didius Julianus (1), Septimius Severus (1) and Severus Alexander (1). The remaining coins are so worn that they are unattributed.

1) A worn copper-alloy sestertius of Lucius Verus (AD 161-169) dating to the period AD 163-164 (Reece Period 8). [TR POT VI ]IMP IIII [COS II S] C reverse depicting Victory standing next to a palm tree with shield attached, inscribed VIC PAR. Mint of Rome. As RIC III, p. 328, no. 1456.
