Description
English: Coat of arms of the People's Republic of the Congo as created by the Simbas in Stanleyville, based on these documents: https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Laissez-Passer_of_the_People%27s_Republic_of_the_Congo-Stanleyville.jpg https://www.stanleyville.be/images/gbabu_20111964_sonck.jpg https://www.stanleyville.be/images/gbenye_17111964_sonck.jpg The coat of arms from 1999-2003 is pretty clearly intended to be the same as this one due to the same general layout alongside Kabila being a Simba veteran; I used the dark blue colors from the Congolese flag of the early 1960s that the Lumumbists were fond of.
