En campo de sinople: Pelícano místico en plata, nimbado de oro y coronado de dos agujas cruzadas en sable; bajo el Ave, nido en forma de ‘M’ de espiga, girasol, flor de algodón y racimo de uvas y breva inscrita en estrella española de oro, frutas todas en su esmalte natural. En punta: el puente de Villafranca de Córdoba, en gules.

A cola: cruz episcopal, de oro, trebolada.

Al timbre: de sinople, capelo episcopal.

La divisa prelaticia reza: LIVORE TUO SANATI SUMUS (“Tus heridas nos han curado”)
