Di cielo, alla marina d'azzurro, sormontata a destra da un pellicano con la sua pietà, in maestà, d’oro e stillante tre gocce di sangue; e sostenente a sinistra una scala di tre pioli su di un ramoscello d'ulivo ricurvo, sormontata da una stella di sei punte, il tutto d’oro, la stella caricata di una H minuscola d'azzurro; al capo d'argento, caricato dei Cerchi Trinitari di Gioacchino da Fiore inframmezzanti le loro lettere, dei rispettivi colori, e con un rivolo di sangue movente dal cerchio mediano, attraversante sulla partizione, ondeggiante in palo e riversato nel mare.

Lo scudo accollato ad una croce astile trifogliata d'oro, gemmata di cinque pezzi di rosso, e timbrato da un cappello prelatizio a sei nappe per lato, il tutto di verde.
