English: PORTSMOUTH, Va. - Coast Guard Capt. James F. Martin, commanding officer, C-130J Aircraft Project Office salutes as Rear Adm. Fred M. Rosa, commander, Fifth Coast Guard District, Capt. John T. Hardin, commander, Air Station Elizabeth City, Rear Adm. Ronald J. Rabago, Coast Guard Program Executive Officer, and Capt. Michael J. Andres stand at attention during a decommissioning ceremony held at Air Station Elizabeth City, N.C., today.The C-130J APO was established in 2003 to assist the director of acquisition programs in missionizing the C-130J aircraft, developing all operational and maintenance procedures, training a cadre of pilots, aircrew and maintenance technicians, and conducting developmental testing and evaluation to prepare the C-130J aircraft fleet for operational service.(U.S. Coast Guard photo/ Petty Officer 2nd Class Nathan Henise)
