A szikszói és debreceni Szikszay család címere.

A család 1643. január 19-én nyert nemességet agilis Szikszay István (1618–1697) személyében III. Ferdinánd magyar királytól, melyet ugyanazon év december 2-án hirdettek ki Zemplén mezővárosában.

Címer:

Kék mezőben, zöld hármas halom középsőjén arany leveles koronán ülő, kiterjesztett szárnyú pelikán csőrével mellét vájja és kiömlő vérével három fiókáját táplálja. Sisakdísz: a sisakon nyugvó, arany leveles koronából kiemelkedő, jobbra forduló, vörös nyelvét kiöltő, kettős farkú aranyoroszlán, fején arany koronával, jobbjában kivont szablyát tart, balját ragadozásra nyújtja. Takarók: mindkét oldalt ezüst-vörös.

This file depicts the official coat of arms or flag of a Hungarian municipality. According to 1.§ (4) of the Hungarian copyright law (1999./LXXVI.), copyright protection does not cover "legal provisions, other means of state direction, court and other official resolutions, announcements and documents issued by an authority or other official organ, as well as standards made obligatory by law and other similar regulations." Likewise, the Office will not register a government edict issued by any foreign government or any translation prepared by a government employee acting within the course of his or her official duties."
