English: Linear culture HEK 293 cells which co-transfected fluorescent labeled neuronal calcium sensor hippocalcin (HPCA-mTFP1, diffuse blue color inside the cell) and membrane-associated yellow fluorescent protein (EYFP-Mem, yellow color at cell edges). Captured at laser scanning confocal microscope.
Українська: Клітини лінійної культури HEK 293, які ко-трансфікувані флуоресцентно міченим нейронанним кальцієвим сенсором гіппокальцином (HPCA-mTFP1, блакитний колір всередині клітини) асоційованим з мембраною жовтим флуоресцентним білком (EYFP-Mem, жовтий колір по краях клітин). Зображення отримано на лазерному скануючому конфокальному мікроскопі.
