Summary[edit]

Description Timestack looking north toward the Jemez mountains. This is a stack of images taken a few seconds apart, originally for a timelapse video. The technique here is to layer each image one at a time on a stack, using only those pixels that are brighter than the corresponding pixels already on the stack. You can do this in Photoshop by adding each layer using "lighten". With several hundred images, this is tedious. Created using StarStaX, which does it all for you. Then in Photoshop I adjust contrast to my liking.
