The 70s addition starts roughly where the stucco part ends, on the left side of the mid-2000s facade. While somewhat generic, this store looks pretty nice on the outside. If that was the end of the history, with yet another generic Lifestyle v2 store, I wouldn't be posting this store now. However, this store got caught up in the craziness surrounding the Albertsons-Safeway merger in 2014. The Shoreline Area News blog chronicled the developments, and I'll just let the headlines and dates tell the story:
