Photograph (close-up) of Moen Abbe (Moen Ave?), a house built and occupied by John D. Lee, Grand Canyon, Arizona, ca.1900. The rough log cabin has a section made from stones. The roof is flat and thatched. A wooden post and wire fence runs across the front of the yard in which a crude wood table stands. A man, woman, and two children are in the yard in or near the shade of the porch roof. Large trees grow at left. The rocky canyon walls are visible in the background.
