Description
English: Clearing in Ravens Nest Inclosure, New Forest. Ravens Nest Inclosure is to the north of the B3078 between Long Cross and Brook Wood. Originally planted with oak in 1775, much of the heart was cleared for conifer planting in 1967. This cleared area has been planted with oak in Tuley tubes to keep them safe from browsing ponies and deer.
