עברית: קומפלקס MHC מסוג I המוצג על תא נגוע בפתוגן וקישורו לקולטן של תא T ציטוטוקסי. קומפלקס MHC כולל שרשרת כבדה (באדם היא נקראת HLA), שרשרת קלה (בטא-מיקרוגלובולין) ופפטיד שמקורו בפתוגן או בהתמרה סרטנית. תאי T מציגים את קולטן תאי ה-T הכולל את שרשראות אלפא ובטא הנקשרות לקומפלקס MHC ואת שרשראות גמא, דלתא, אפסילון וזטא המעבירות אותות לפנים התא. הקומפלקס כולו נקרא TCR/CD3. תאי T ציטוטוקסיים נושאים גם את החלבון CD8 הנקשר לקומפלקס ה-MHC באזור אחר. |
