Summary[edit]

Description
English: "Clara Smith Hamon, who will appear on the screen in her own pictures". Full page ad announcing Hamon's signing with the Oklahoma Motion Picture Company.

The Oklahoma Motion Picture Company, Incorporated, who secured the contract with Clara Hamon, are not only playing her in the leading roles, but have made her an officer and director of the company. The first picture to be produced will not be the life history of Clara Smith Hamon, but will be a story true to life, thrilling and vibrant and yet pathetic and sad, one that will bring home to us all a lesson of untold value, one that cannot help but raise the moral standard of everyone who sees it.

Prominent newspaper men advise that $10,000,000 could not buy the publicity which this story has. In fact, no amount of money, under ordinary conditions could create the interest which the public now has in the future of Clara Smith Hamon.

The Oklahoma Motion Picture Company, Inc., have been induced to place before the people of Ardmore three hundred thousand shares of their Preferred Stock at the par value of ten cents per share. Upon completion of the sale of this amount their securities will only be available from original purchasers at a much higher figure. This offer is being made out of regard for friends of Clara Hamon and will be available starting Monday morning, March 28.
