Deutsch: Sicherungsautomat mit Defekt, nach Zerlegung wurde festgestellt, dass höchst wahrscheinlich durch einen Kurzschluss ein Lichtbogen verursacht wurde, der ein Loch in das Gehäuse gebrannt hat.

English: Circuit breaker with malfunction, destroyed by self-induction. It happened while powerful coil was connected to it and switched on; due to overcurrent circuit breaker switched load off and the formed arc destroyed the circuit breaker
