A. Canonical splicing of mRNA with different splice variants. All mature mRNAs have cap (at the 5' end, dark violet half-circle) and poly-A tail (adenine nucleotides at the 3' end) B circRNA formation, circular RNAs can have one or more exons, sometimes retaining an intron (dark line near 2 exon) Українська: Формування кільцевих РНК шляхом зворотного сплайсингу пре-мРНК А. Канонічний сплайсинг продукує зрілі мРНК та їх сплайс-варіанти з пре-мРНК. Кожна мРНК має кеп (на 5'-кінці, темно фіолетове напівколо) та полі-A-хвіст (аденінові нуклеотиди на 3'-кінці). B формування кільцевих РНК. Кільцеві РНК можуть складатися з одного та більше екзонів, іноді інтрон включений (темна лінія біля 2 екзону) |
