His undergraduate studies were made at Tokyo University where he studied chemistry, then undertake a postgraduate degree in Exact Science in University of California USA. Sukiro a widower, had a daughter late in life because he spent much time in his career. Therefore, did classes at Boston University, San Diego State University and Yale. When I was working as a professor at Yale University was contacted by Doka Technologies to go to work at its headquarters in Tokyo, Japan. In this laboratory, made major contributions such as the studies on the cloning of DNA to reach eternal life, in addition to attending Irwin Rose in the discovery of protein degradation by the ubiquitin. He was also assistant to Osamu Shimomura in the discovery and development of green fluorescent protein GFP, and studied the cross coupling that was the thesis that occupied Ei-ichi Negishi for catalyzing organic synthesis.

Besides participating in these projects, Doka Technologies gave him the opportunity to Sukiro Jin-Lee to work on his graduate thesis was a machine capable of capturing and controlling people's dreams. This project was named L200.
